Queensland Arts Council and Heritage Building Society Arts Partnership Fund

Heritage is proud to partner with the Queensland Arts Council to bring quality arts activities to rural and regional centres. This is just another way that Heritage expresses our ongoing commitment to both the arts and regional communities.

The key goal of our long term partnership is to enrich lives in regional and rural communities by providing the means for local Arts Councils to stage community arts initiatives and local cultural celebrations.

It is the aim of the fund to generate more than $500 000 in local arts activities.  The program provides practical support for the professional and creative development of Queensland artists by funding travel and performance opportunities in a range of regional and rural locations.

For more than 40 years the Queensland Arts Council has enriched the lives of regional, rural and remote Queenslanders, assisting them to enhance the artistic heritage and unique culture of their own communities with an extensive range of arts programs and services.
