As part of the Society’s ongoing People first philosophy the Society has policies and processes in place to work with our Members when they may be facing financial hardship.
We can provide assistance for the following products:
- Mortgage Loans
- Personal Loans
- Visa Cards
If you are currently experiencing trouble meeting your financial commitments due to income, illness or other reasons then please contact Heritage’s Credit Control team. The Credit Control team will assess your current circumstances and work with you to find the best solution. The Credit Control team can be contacted via:

Alternatively, if you would like to apply for Hardship relief, please download and complete the Application for Financial Relief form (pdf, 19KB) and return to the above address. Once this form is received one of Heritage’s trained staff will be in contact to discuss your application further.
