What sort of items can I redeem my Credits for?
- Check out the latest brochure (pdf, 582KB)
- Login to Heritage on-line Internet Banking and click the ‘Heritage Credits/Shopping’ link, then click through to the ‘Redeem Credits’ link
- Simply login to Heritage on-line Internet Banking
- Click through to "Heritage Credits"

- Your credits balance appears at the top of the webpage

- To redeem, click on "Redeem Credits"

- Select your Reward and click "Redeem Now"

- Follow the prompts
How can I find how many Heritage Credits I have?
There are a number of places where you can find your current Credits balance:
- Login to Heritage on-line Internet Banking and click the ‘Heritage Credits/Shopping’ link
- Simply login to Heritage on-line Internet Banking
- Click through to "Heritage Credits"

- Your credits balance appears at the top of the webpage

- Calling the Heritage Credits Rewards Centre on 13 14 22 (option 8) and following the automated prompts to get the Heritage Credits balance.
What if I don’t have enough points to redeem what I want?
If you don’t have enough Credits to redeem for a Reward, you can use the ‘Credits plus Pay’ option. This means you can obtain a Reward by using some Credits plus credit card payment. The minimum amount of Credits that can be redeemed is 5 and the minimum payment amount is $5.00.
What if I have enough qualifying products across a couple of member numbers – can they be linked?
Linking will be done on request by calling the Contact Centre on 13 14 22.
You will have to nominate one member number as a ‘primary’ number that the other member numbers are linked to. This ‘primary’ number will the only member number with access to Heritage Credits. If you try to get a points balance or redeem Credits using one of the other numbers, the other member numbers won't be recognised at being registered for Heritage Credits. Only the ‘primary’ membership number can be used.
