Overseas Transfers - Incoming

There are two options when transferring money from an outside country into Australia.

First Option - Real Time Gross Settlement (SWIFT)

Funds can be sent from an overseas financial institution directly to a Heritage account via Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), which is often referred to as SWIFT. The following information must be provided by the overseas bank for a SWIFT transfer.

SWIFT code HBSLAU4T
Account Name (Full account name details)
Account Number (e.g. 12345678 - do not include reference to S type)
BSB 638-xxx (Find out your BSB)
Bank Heritage Building Society
Address 400 Ruthven Street
Toowoomba Qld 4350
Australia

Second Option - Accounting Information

Alternatively, if the above RTGS option fails then the funds can be sent to the Society via the ANZ.

NOTE: The accounting information should only be used if the overseas financial institution does not have an association with a financial institution in Australia.
