Heritage’s Basic Variable features include:
- On-going discounted variable interest rate
- No monthly administration fee
- Further advances available
- Unrestricted redraw facility (pdf, 250KB) - fees apply
- Maximum 90% loan to value ratio - LVR (conditions apply)
- Partial offset account
- Application fee of $600
- Additional or lump sum repayments without penalty
- First valuation fee up to $330 covered by the Society^
