  • Maximum 90% LVR (Loan to Value Ratio) on Variable and Fixed Rates, 85% LVR on Line of Credit - conditions apply
  • Additional or lump sum repayments without penalty
  • Unrestricted redraw facility (pdf, 250KB) - fees apply
  • Minimum combined loan amount $250,000
  • No application fees on further advances or Line of Credit limit increases
  • Package may include unlimited multiple loans (Variable, Fixed, Line of Credit)
  • Valuation fee on first security paid by Society up to max $330^
  • 100% offset account available on Variable Loan
  • Partial offset account available on Fixed Rate Loans

  Transaction Account

  If the nominated transaction account is an S10 - Mortgage Crusher or S54 Living Equity account then there are no Professional Package specific benefits, the account's standard fee structure will apply.  For other account types the following benefits apply;

  • Unlimited Heritage transactions & 15 free Eftpos transaction per month(excludes Mortgage Crusher and Living Equity Accounts)

  • Up to 5% off base premium for most insurance
