1. download the Internet Banking Registration Application (pdf, 112KB) or the Telephone Banking Registration Application (pdf, 493KB)
2. read and understand the terms and conditions
3. complete the form; and
4. return it via one of the following methods:
   • to any Heritage branch or mini-branch
   • fax to (07) 4694 9599
   • mail to:
