For Heritage Green Loan applicants: Unfortunately, no new Green Loan applications will be accepted after close of business Monday 1 March 2010. Any new loan applications up until the close of business Monday 1 March 2010 will not be accepted unless you have received your Government issued Home Sustainability Assessment. Notwithstanding this, given the uncertainty around the program, Heritage cannot guarantee that we will be able to process any applications or whether any loans submitted by us will in fact be approved by the Government.
