Account Switching
If you have any existing payroll, direct credit or direct debit authorities being performed with an account from another financial institution and wish to move them to your Heritage account, we have developed a simple letter generator to assist you to amend any of these existing direct authorities.
You can generate the following letters to send to third parties.

Advise your employer of your new account details for salary crediting.

Advise a third party of your new account details so that funds can be credited into your account. E.g. Share dividends.

Advise a third party of your new account details so that funds can be debited from your account. E.g. Monthly insurance premiums. Please note that direct debits can only be taken from certain account types. Please contact the Heritage Contact Centre on 13 14 22 if you're not sure whether direct debits can be taken from your account type.
You may wish to check with your creditor or debitor whether they will charge you a fee for changing your account details. Depending on your arrangements with them, your creditor or debitor may require you to complete further paperwork before processing the change.
