Imagine fundraising without having to lift a finger. No more chocolate drives, no more sausage sizzles – it almost sounds too good to be true! As a commitment to our local communities, we have developed a communitys@ver account that can help make this possible.

How it works

Community Groups register themselves with Heritage Building Society. Community Group members open a communitys@ver, interest is calculated daily on this account. Each quarter an amount called a ‘Community Grant’ is paid into the Community Group account. The Community Grant is calculated on a nominated percentage of the daily balance of the communitys@ver accounts linked to the Community Group.

• Earn interest on your Community Group savings as well as receiving a Community Grant calculated on your members communitys@ver balances
