Apply for a term deposit using an on-line form

To apply:
- View the relevant Disclosure booklets
- Fill your details in on-screen
- Print the form once completed
- Sign form
- Attach your cheque
- Mail to Heritage at the address below
For new members: If you are not an existing Heritage member, print out an identification form (pdf, 1MB) and take it to your nearest Australia Post office to identify yourself to the Society. Heritage will only accept term deposit applications in Australian dollars from Australian residents.
Make your cheque payable to:
Heritage Term Deposits (your name) in Australian currency for the amount of the term deposit.
Please write your name, address and contact phone details clearly on the back of your cheque.
Forward your cheque attached to a printed and signed copy of this application form to:

CONDITIONS
- Minimum term deposit amount is AUD$1,000
- Minimum lodgement period for a term deposit is one month, running from the date your cheque and application form are received by Heritage.
- Interest rates shown in this website are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. The interest rate on your term deposit will be Heritage’s published rate for deposits for the amount and term applied for on the day your cheque is received by Heritage. Interest will accrue from that day (subject to clearance of the cheque).
- Upon receipt of your application and cheque deposit we will contact you to confirm details. Please ensure relevant contact details are recorded on your application form where specified.
- Once the term deposit details have been confirmed we will forward your term deposit certificate.
- Return of principal and interest payments will only be made by Heritage Society Cheque of Australia currency to the account holder at the nominated address. Payment of principal and interest will not be made to third parties.
- Government charges may apply (e.g. Financial Institutions Duty).
